TCPA Compliance

CallShaper reserves the right to limit access to our systems and services for anyone who is not in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR) Compliance
If conducting telemarketing through our Services, comply with the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR). This includes honoring “Do Not Call” requests and maintaining accurate transaction records. Non-compliance may lead to legal consequences and service termination.
Reporting Violations
Report any AUP, TCPA, or TSR violations or suspected unauthorized use of our Services to info@callshaper.com promptly.
Enforcement
Upon AUP, TCPA, or TSR violation, we may take appropriate actions including:
Suspending or terminating service access.
Reporting illegal activities to authorities.
Pursuing legal action if necessary.
Changes to the AUP
We may update this AUP to reflect changes in Services, TCPA, TSR, or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
